Shipping

Orders over $120 are eligible for free shipping within the following provinces: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island.

We ship only to Canadian address within the following provinces: Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia.

Our delivery service is Canada Post, and they are able to deliver to street addresses only.

Returns

If you need to make a return, breathe easy – you can return through the mail or in person.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days, please return your unused, unworn or Manufacturer defective item with your original receipt for a full refund (minus the shipping charge). 
Returns received by us without our return form will not be refunded until the applicable information has been provided to us. We will do our best to contact any customers who send returns to us without complete information, but we are not responsible for product we receive with incomplete or missing contact information.

Due to the specific cresting of the VON tops, they will not be available for return/exchange. Items that are not crested (pants) are available for return/exchange.

When you receive your purchase you will find a return form included. Follow the steps on the form, filling out the required information, and then ship back to Keltic Clothing 70 Dodd St. Sydney, NS, B1P 1T6. Make sure to include the return form as well as proof of purchase.

Once we receive your package we will refund you within seven business days (we'll contact you when this transaction has taken place)

Returns can also be made in person at our store location. Just bring your product and proof of purchase into the store within 30 days of delivery date.

Heads up!

  • Product must be unwashed and unworn
  • Hangtags must be attached
  • Proof of payment must accompany each product at time of return
  • We must receive the product within 30 days of the delivery date or 30 days of the purchase date if you bought it in person
  • Underwear, headwear, gift cards and embroidered or customized items are final sale.
